Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "Most significant complaint was the telephone and Internet service were down. During check-out, we were forced to pay by cash as their credit card machines were also not working. This is a significant issue. Very unpleasant situation to surprise guests by making them pay the full bill in cash without prior notice. Their systems were down at least 2 days. "
