"Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "

"Leider keine Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Man muss in einem kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus parken. Diese Information haben wir leider erst auf dem Hinweg bekommen. Es wurde vorab nicht erwähnt, wo man den Schlüssel zur Wohnung erhält. Auch die begrenzten Check-In-Möglichkeiten wurden erst später kommuniziert. "Had a wonderful 5 night stay at the hotel. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but i was pleasantly surprised. Lovely welcome from check in staff and given lots of information about the hotel and surrounding area. Hotel lobby is impressive, superior double room was spacious, clean and aircon worked perfectly. Breakfast was plentiful and you can order different eggs/bacon from the waitress. My only very small gripe would be that the toaster took ages so put your toast on whilst you enjoy some cereal! The lifts were mentioned in alot of other reviews, to be honest it would be better if all 3 were working but we never had long to wait and we were on holiday so not in a hurry to get anywhere. Central location right by lots of bars/ restaurants and a very short walk to the Rhine. Loved our visit to the hotel and to Cologne, we will be back to visit you both again"

In the shadow of the Cathedral, 1/2 block from the Alte Markt area with restaurants everywhere. 1/2 block from the river park and the main train station, yet easy to drive to with indoor parking garage. Comfortable bed, great shower. Awesome hotel."
