"Arriving later in the evening got a warm welcome at reception. Staff very friendly and immediately knew we would have a good time here. We stayed in executive suite with private pool which was just perfect. Having sunbeds on patio along with seats and table made it comfortable to spend a lot of time relaxing there. Perfectly situation with beautiful views of garden and beach. The room very clean and well equipped. Lovely sitting area. Two TVs in room although we didn’t use them. The bed very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Bathroom clean and well stocked with toiletries. Maid service very reliable and we appreciated the surprise of some lovely treats placed in the room occasionally. The main restaurant had a good variety of good food which was always hot and regularly restocked. Although the hotel seemed to be well filled there was no sense of overcrowding which was one thing we were concerned about before arrival. The staff were amazing - remembering your order and always seemed glad to see you. There was an air of tranquility about the whole place with lots of internal and external common areas. Entertainment available but not intrusive if you don’t attend. We would recommend Rodos Palladium to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday with a feeling of luxury and being looked after by staff who seem d to enjoy their job. "From the moment we arrived until departure, we were so impressed by the warm and welcoming nature of all the staff. Lia, in the suites reception was incredibly attentive and professional and we appreciate everything she did for us. She is a credit to the hotel!! Our room was very spacious and the comfortable bed offered a perfect nights sleep after a day of exploring. Lovely variety of breakfast choices and great location - close to some great restaurants. The cleanliness of the steam room and jacuzzi in the spa weren’t too great but overall all other facilities were fantastic! "

"Perfect location for some R &R. Spectacular scenic view. Choice of several pools and the beaches. Public bus to Rhodes Old Town, just out side the hotel makes transportation easy, several good restaurants with walking distance. Staff were very friendly, and buffet breakfast very tasty. Definitely would stay again if we were in Rhodes. "

"Visited here 12th to 19th June. We were a group of five - My wife & I then our daughter, partner & 18 month old grandson. All-inclusive had never really appealed to my wife & I before, mainly because she is Coeliac, and we have a general lack of confidence with sourcing gluten-free dining when abroad. But our daughter really wanted to stay here, so we agreed after reading a few positive reviews with regards allergy care. So, firstly, check-in was a breeze. Great staff from the get-go. Excellent room with a sea-view, finished to a very high standard - And everything working as it should. When we went to the restaurant for the first time later that first day, we asked about gluten-free options. We were introduced to Cindy & Jessie (who just happen to be sisters). They explained they had a separate kitchen for preparing food such as gluten-free. We were given lots of information & sheets to fill out with my wife’s food choices (on a day-by-day basis for variety). Not only were we very impressed & re-assured with regards this process (again Cindy & Jessie were brilliant), the food for my wife was great. And for the rest of us, what we had during our stay was also very good. Food in the a-la-carte Italian, was fabulous. The hotel & resort itself is lovely. And everything about the service we received was brilliant. As a family, and individually, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would’t hesitate to recommend the hotel. It’s somewhere we’d certainly return. "
