"Wir bewohnten ein großes Appartment in der 4 Etage.Es war geschmackvoll gestaltet und es fehlte lediglich an Geschirr und ein paar Küchenutensilien und Nachtischlampen wären schön gewesen.Ansonsten sehr sauber und sogar mit Strandliege etc. ausgestattet.Wir konnten direkt die Tiefgarage von unserer Etage aus erreichen.Gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum sehr schönen, auch in der Saison nicht überfüllten Strand.Das Restaurant bietet ebenfalls leckeres Essen.Das Schwimmbecken im Außenbereich...

"The room was very small and the window opened onto nextdoors balcony so had to keep shut. Gtreat location abd excelkent communication for the keys."

"Nice and modern accommodation with full equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. Many shelves and wardrobe in the flat . Very good and beautiful localization close to Parsęta river . "

"Stay of 5. 6 pillows but only 2 pillow cases. Sleep sofa with no sheets or pillow cases. Only 2 towels and no replacements. 1 1/2 roll of terrible toilet paper. Coffee maker but no coffee. No soap. No hand towels. Pretty much no necessities. Vacation club staff can not be reached on phone. Need to go there and wait and no help at all. Promised replacement towels after day 3 which never came. "

"Erstens Im Winter und dann die Heizung defekt Dann in der Toilette noch die Brems Spur des vor Mieter die Dusche ist nicht Regulierbar weckselt von Kalt auf Kochen heißt in Sekunden so das man sich verbrennt In den sechs Tagen die wir dort verbrachten war nicht einmal eine Service Kreft da um mal um den rechten Zuschauen geschweige etwas zureinigen nicht mal im Gang"

"Even we prefer hotel suite we chose apartment for our stay in Kolobrzeg. Spacious and clean apartment. New building. Very close to sea and city center as well. Positive surprise. Active construction work (new apartment building) around. Accommodation company did not offer us the parking lot inside building area but it was probably caused because we did not arrive in working hours of central reception and we communicated with reception remotely. We can recommend."

"This was a great choice of apartment hotel for the family. Great facilities - lovely pool and sauna area, games room (pool, kicker, air-hockey - free to use), play area for little children, and all within 5 minutes' walk to the beach. We didn't try breakfast or eat in the restaurant, but I would thorougly recommend this hotel."

"Wir waren von dem Hotel enttäuscht. Bei der Buchung wurde einem Vermittelt man wäre im Arka Medical Spa und erst nach Abschluss der Buchung war ersichtlich das dies nicht der Fall ist. Der Spa Bereich war nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar. Das Zimmer hatte kein Bett wie angegeben, sondern ein mehr als durchgelegenes Ausziehsofa. Der Zustand der Küche war nicht gut, der Wasserhahn war locker und unsauber. Es gab eine kleinen Balkon Tisch. Das Zimmer war zu voll mit Möbeln die alle nicht wirklich gut zu...

"Hotel new, rooms are spaciuos, but the rooms have not air conditioning, air ventilation in the bathroom exists but not working, the floor and the coil do not heat, the smell of sewage comes from the bathroom, bad room service,non-fresh yesterday’s food is served for breakfast it’s a cardboard box for German retirees - strongly do not recommend."

"Super miejsce. Obsługa bardzo miła, rzeczowa i pomocna już od samego zameldowania. Hotel jest w świetnym stania, a czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Podoje przestronne i zarazem przytulne. Korzystanie ze strefy basen/sauna przyjemne i komfortowe. W każdej z restauracji jedzenie bardzo smaczne, wysokiej jakości, a obsluga bardzo sprawna. Z drobnych minusow brak jednoznacznych oznaczen wjazdu na parking. Brak mozliwosci sterowania ogrzewaniem/klimatyzacja w pokoju. Kazdorazowo trzeba dzwonic do recepcji żeby podniesc lub obnizyc temperature, zeby wlaczyc lub wylaczyc klimatyzacje/ogrzewanie. "

"A comfortable hotel both for single people and families (even with small pets), for business and relaxation with the possiblity of using the swimming pool and beauty and health treatments (for an additional fee). The Hotel is located in the centre of town, about 20 minutes down the street from the sea. Apart from that, polite service, rich breakfasts, restaurant and cafe in the hotel. "
