"We spent two weeks in one of the two bedroom pool villas. The accommodation was exceptional, the staff were great and very helpful. Our flight was delayed and we would be arriving after reception closed but the staff stayed in contact to make sure we knew the taxi would be waiting at the airport and that we would be able to gain entry. "Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price."

"The room did not come with a desk. When I mentioned I could use one, the manager purchased one and set it up!!! You won’t find a friendlier or more helpful staff. The room was huge and kept in top shape. AC was cool and the shower was hot:) Views were very “beautiful!"

"We are very happy to stay at your villa The staff is excellent The whatsapp group is great, very convenient and always available. Thanks for everything. Some points for improvement 1. The ants in the kitchen and outside 2. The sunbeds are outside without mattresses (we asked and were told that there are no mattresses) And in general, a villa that hosts 4-6 guests must have a respectable outdoor seating area and not just 2 sunbeds."

"Our initial impression was are we in the right villa as the Google maps site in not where the property is. However we found it to be a better location to the fisherman's village. The villa is very new. Building development is going on adjacent but we did not feel it was avproblem. Everything was good , the whole family enjoyed our stay."

"The reception staff were great, very helpful and very kind. The activities & excursions staff that we used to rent a moped were unorganised, we paid a 5,000 Baht deposit instead of our passports. "I loved my stay at this location. From the airport pick up, greeting at the hotel and to the very end (which felt bittersweet by that point lol) it was fantastic. Quiet, clean, great views, lovely restaurant. My room (love ocean view) was wonderful. I took advantage of the spa, which was great as well. Staff are very helpful, kind, and professional. It is far up on the hill, shuttle services are available daily to take you to several stops in town and by the beach. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. I would return and highly recommend. "

Great location

"Great location on the beach, staff and service every good. Easy to get around there is a hill to climb to reception but do have a golf buggy also. Overall really enjoyed it here a little tired but they keep the grounds and rooms very tidy "

Amazing stay in Kho Samui

"Fantastic hotel in every way. The room was overlooking the ocean, the staff and the service was amazing and the hotel had every amenity you could wish for. Adults only pool was great and the pool bar service was spot on. Direct beach access and everything you needed was a short stroll away but far enough away from the crowded town. Stayed the second week in another resort and it was nowhere near as good as this one. Even had complimentary vodka, gin and whisky in the room and everything in the min bar was included, including the beer. Five star all the way, we will definitely be back. Only negative point was that the room was on the small side, but still did not distract from a great hotel in a great location. "

Beautiful Hotel

"The hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful, service was excellent. The resort is large and transportation is by trolly . They were very quick and efficient. We did not wait more than 5 mins for a trolly. The breakfast was very good. Overall a very enjoyable stay. One improvement could be at the Beach/ Ocean area. As the ocean here experiences Riptides, the warning flag is by the pool area and not the beach. The flag should be closer to the actual beach /entry to the ocean for safety reasons. One teenager in our group entered the water, the kids were not aware the flag at the pool was for the beach. Thankfully he got out quickly and was safe. If you have kids, please make them aware of this. "
