"This is a nice peaceful resort. Only 20 minute walk along beach to bars/restaurants. The Staff here are very helpful and pleasant. The beach in front is kept very clean by the resort. Breakfast good. Free use of kayak and paddleboard. We took a dome room on the beach. All the rooms have nice little patios. Good housekeeping. Would come back."

"Nice property that is in need of many repairs. Pool tiles gone and not replaced. Ditto for decking. Ditto for pool and beach gear (Masks, snorkels etc) in need of replacement. Lovely villa and it was spotless. By far the best improvement would be the meals which were far below average. We took across the bay to eat at the high beach as the Pearl needs both better quality and decent food. Coming from Phenom Penh and Seam Reap which had amazing food and options we were disappointed. "

"Location is good with access to a secluded rock beach. Apart from that, there's several problems. The property is not finished and should not be operating. There's several safety hazards like exposed wires, and nail and screws in areas where you are meant to be walking barefoot. Dorms are on a mezzanine level and at night there's no light or protection so people fall and hurt themselves. "We stayed here back in 01/2018 and went back 01/2025. This hotel is still a 10/10. The staffs were helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location is where you want to be. The tiny thing I dislike was the shower. The water would get all over the floor, poor design… I would go back and also recommend this hotel for all travelers. "

"The accommodation was at the far end of the beach in a quiet location. A beach taxi was available for you and your luggage. There was a decent food menu available and all staff were pleasant. "Bungalow esthétiquement jolis qui se fondent bien dans le décor. La propreté n’est pas suffisante. La terrasse de l’hotel en bois est en fin de vie : mon pied est passé a travers une latte de bois… heureusement qu’un seul pied… L’hotel est situé sur un côté de l’ile qui ne permet pas de rejoindre facilement d’autres plages (2h de marche minimum) mais un stand de quad a proximite peut vous faire gagner du temps. Nous avons été surpris par le manque de nettoyage de la plage attenante à l’hotel.....
