"Really nice hotel and pools. Buffet breakfast was good with a few different options. They do have a restaurant which we didn’t try. The room has basic necessities - towels, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc. Bottled water is provided every day. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates etc but you need to buy your own ingredients. The room has a TV but no streaming platforms so best to bring a HDMI cable. Daily housekeeping is good. Shower glass door swung outwards, which meant wet and slippery toilet area and was always caught on the bath mat. Could use more lighting in entire hotel room. Sliding door was also heavy and difficult to access outdoor area. There was also no area to put our luggage. The king bed was two separate beds together which made it uncomfortable in the middle. "We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. She helped make it an unbelievably amazing stay. 5 stars worth every penny. "

"This was a beautiful property. There seemed to be construction happening around the hotel but it did not take away from our experience. It is a bit isolated but we were able to book private transportation to and from the hotel. "

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, right in the heart of the Patong District! So convenient for walking around and shopping. Felt very safe and thankful to have stayed at this incredible hotel. The gym, breakfast, and rooftop pool/bar were absolutely amazing. 5/5 stars for all the amenities and staff were so incredible.
