Property is beautiful and Charming but out dated. Staff and service was excellent. This property is not stroller and kids friendly. A tiny sauce spill on a chair costed upward of 400 USD. Which is off the top given the fact labor is cheap and the furniture was old and crusty.

Good location. just a short walk to beach and plenty eating options nearby. The room is specious and cleaned to a good standard on arrival. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was not bad. Check out process was not smooth though, i believe staff at check out desk should be friendly, polite and communicate clearly with the guest. Overall good place to stay in Phuket.

"No shuttle to Old Town; bartender at swim up bar was slow (made my piña colada and didn’t pour in glass but left it forgotten - in front of me - for at least 10 minutes!) and didn’t know how to mix a Martini. Other than these, the place was excellent and deserves a 5 star rating"
