"Great location and lovely hotel. Close to many amenities and would definitely go back. The breakfast is also great with plenty to choose from. 5 stars!! "
"Amazing stay on stunning grounds. They have a cable car to take you from top to bottom. My only complaint is you’re not allowed to have your own water bottle in restaurants. Seems like the opposite of what places should be encouraging today!"
"The resort is beautiful and the views from the rooms and pool area are stunning. The service is top notch and the breakfast + drinks were delicious. The beachfront is more aesthetic as it's very rocky, so not the type of beach you can swim in or enter. That being said, it was very cheap and easy to get transport to the other beaches around the island. "
"We stayed for five nights in a deluxe room with king bed and sea views. The room was clean, with everything we needed and a very comfortable bed. There were a couple of issues with the toilet upon our check-in, but these were fixed promptly, which was greatly appreciated. The service was mostly excellent and the food was really good with our compliments to the chef for excellent western & Thai dishes. We always ate the western breakfast (yum) and I usually ate Thai for dinner (as when in Thailand…), while my Thai girlfriend often opted for western dishes (the pasta was really good). My girlfriend also likes Som Tam (Papaya Salad) and it was so authentic (so spicy) that even she struggled to eat it (we both had a good laugh at that). The location is quite a bit out of the way, but I had booked two days of scuba diving from the nearby pier, so it was perfect for that. The pier is also worth checking out for other lunch options or booking sightseeing trips on land, but it is a 20-minute walk each way. Whilst I agree with the philosophy of only getting bottled water on the first day and then using the refill station at reception for water, it would be great if housekeeping didn’t throw out all our empty bottles while we were out for the day (but it only happened once towards the end of our stay). Otherwise thoroughly recommended. "
"Peter was very welcoming and even showed ne around to a few bars at noght, nice guy and interesting personality. The property was very nice and it is close to everything to be done in Lonely Beach. Will see you again"
"good transportation coordination with the front desk and it was easy to book outside activities through the resort. the food was good and our room was very nice "
