"The service at Bridge View was among the worse I have an ever experienced. The staff is extremely nonchalant , poorly trained and clearly not knowledgeable about their work.
A barrister kept arguing with me that English breakfast tea which was clearly listed on the menu does not exist as a tea but mean whatever tea they have that you are selecting for your breakfast.
The rooms smell very filthy. We had zero room cleaning for our stay. Half of the things on the lunch menu aren’t available.
This was meant to be a retreat for me to rest and recuperate but the experience was very negative and I regret wasting my money there. "

"Manager and staff are lovely. Rooms not up standard, fridge not working, there was no facilities for tea/coffee in room.breakfast very poor, no choice, eggs. We had to go to another building for breakfast as it was not cooked on premises, so had to wait a long time. Asked for our clothes to be washed, they were taken from dryer and just tossed into the bag, crushed and unfolded.
Having said all that, they have now start to upgrade the hotel.
