"booked through Expedia and payable at resort option chosen, while check out time they charged more than promised by Expedia, while asked they told me that taxes extra applicable by reception, after done the payment i checked again through with expedia they told taxes included in the amount promised, later the resort voided the first transaction and again they swiped me. so its took long time to do the check out process and wrong charges done by resort as well need to be trained staffs on this...

"Good location and ambience. Very polite, friendly abd helpful staff. Excellent service by everyone. Spacious rooms. Unfortunately no views from most of the rooms. Also the bathroom is old but clean. Shower not so good; had to take shower in one inch of water on the floor due to poor drainage. "

"The hotel is located very close to Kodia lake (5 min walk-able distance). The hotel staff is friendly. They have early check-in check-out times. So if you come via bus, you can check in by 9:00 AM and then check-out next day at the same time.
