"This is an extraordinary hotel, a colourful and unique oasis in the middle of bustling kochi. The rooms were beautiful and large and cool with a hot shower and comfortable beds. The pool and communal areas were also gorgeous and tranquil. Breakfast was fine, a good selection. Staff were great also. The afternoon snacks were delightful and a really appreciated extra. The fresh lime soda from the bar was amazing. It is quite noisy as it is in the middle of the town so cars horns and dog barking are quite loud but the shutters help and this is unavoidable in its location. The hotel is well situated for walking out to nearby cafes and shops with local clothes and crafts as well as the local sights such as the beach and the st Francis church. "

"Amazing relaxing stay at Fort Kochi. The Ayurvedic massage treatment was incredibly relaxing, highly recommend. A bit of construction was a little noisey but they also provide ear plugs which helps. "

"This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. There are some nice touches to take advantage of such as high tea at 5pm each day followed by a guided tour of the harbour on the hotel’s very nice boat. All the staff were excellent but I give particular thanks to Arun who could not do enough for us. I was also highly impressed with the hotels very real efforts to eliminate the use of plastics an recycle anything they could. "
