"Charming place. Authentic European experience. No frills (no coffee machine or shampoo, etc) but good clean room in a classic old building 😁 don’t think there was AC; it got a bit warm but was ok. Breakfast did not disappoint … lavish spread and excellent coffee options in the lobby!! There’s no staff available in the evenings. Paid for parking in adjacent garage and that worked well. "Very comfortable hotel with a touch of class. Piano in the lobby bar was nice, but a bit loud, if you wanted to sit, sip and talk. Great breakfast! Close to shopping and evening dining. We would return again. This is the only place to stay!"

"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."

"We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rebook again. The breakfast was okay. The room was small for four but we made it work. The only negative thing I would say would be once you get off the elevator, there was such a bad smell that carried into the hallway. The smell was there everyday. "

"Liked the location of hotel - very central, everything accessible by foot. Even the towels and linens a bit outdated - the room, equipment and public areas in decent condition. Comfortable matresses, great sleep. Second floor rooms just around cafeteria where tasty coffee and breakfast served. Sauna is on 3rd floor, rather small but enough for 4-6ppl, free of charge for hotel guests. Shower for cooling down but hasn't been working. Generally quiet and comfortable place to stay. Hotel provides few local discounts, nice to use at town thermal bathes. Hotel is convenient to drive in, load/unload the luggage."
