"There is no signage for reception on arrival at this property. You have to ask the guy on the gate which way to go, then he has you do a semi check in there, which holds everyone else up trying to enter the property. After checking the room we decided not to stay, this hotel is definitely not a 4 star as advertised, more like a 2 star. Rooms are very run down.
