トイレの場所
日帰り客と同様に使用するようで、脱衣所の奥にトイレの場所があるので、わかりづらいです。 トイレ、洗面共にカプセルルームよりかなり離れているので、ちょっと使いづらいです。 トイレは、宿泊者専用もあると助かります。

安く泊まれたのは良かったですがロールスクリーンな為、室内の電気を消しても一晩中灯りが気になり寝ることが出来ませんでした。 せめてロールスクリーンを遮光にしてくれたら良かったのですが残念でした。

Kobe Kua House was a very positive experience.
Kobe Kua House was a very positive experience. Central locations in Kobe 10 minutes walk form Sannomiya station (if you don't you the free shuttle bus). Very nice and clean with shared Japanese hot bath on the upper floors, and a in house restaurant if you should need it. Only bad thing (if you stay for a longer periode) is that you must clear you bed and check out every dag before 10am and you can't check in before after 3pm. Which can be problematic and less optimal depending on your needs. Well staffed and English speaking. Good for solo traveling. And Very good compared to the price.

接客はよいです。
スマホ充電器貸してくれたり、接客態度がよかったです。食事も満足できました。 ただし、設備が古いので個室の施錠など頼りない感じです。ネットカフェみたいな感じと思えばいいかと。
