Ko Poda Holidays

I feel like the people at villa chacha were amazing. My only problem was I was not originally given the room I had paid for which they corrected after the second night and it wasn’t their fault I was charged twice when everybody else was charged in my group and was given a room that was way in the back and I had centipedes falling on my head in the middle of the night so I would write this place as perfect except stay away from room 316 I don’t think they had used it in a while and the room in front of it was just a storage area after two nights I was given the room. I thought I was getting I would just suggest booking directly because sorry Expedia booking all of them charge way more and if you find a price online and you call them, they will match it. I was literally paying twice what my friends were paying.

Ava sea was in a great location. Ac worked well, water pressure could be better but overall we had a great time. Very convenient to everything and staff was all nice

Our room had a plunge pool outside, great for cooling off in after the heat of the day. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Nice and quiet, good shower and plenty of bottled water supplied daily. The roof top pool was great and cocktails delicious

Stopped here for one night to experience Railay. The hotel is a lot larger than I realised and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The three pools are clean. The only downside is the reserving of sunbeds. All were reserved with no control or monitoring of whether they were actually used or not and this happened from breakfast. The room was clean, large and pleasant enough. The breakfast, for a 3 star, was fine. Staff are excellent and very friendly and amenable. This place is great value for a 3 star hotel and was perfect for what we needed. It also had a good gym.
