Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. The service and staff are incredible, making sure that your bags are carried and meeting you when you step off the boat. The property is beautiful! The day beds at the pool you have to spend a minimum of 1000bhat to use which I guess is easier if it’s more than one person and you each get two cocktails but for one person doesn’t work, and the other chairs were covered in ants. The room was bad. Just bad. The “queen bed” was just two single box springs pushed together and covered with a fitted sheet. The toilet didn’t flush well and the shower curtain didn’t really work so the bathroom was wet by the end of the shower. It also just felt very sketchy entering from behind the kitchen and the building I was in was not very well taken care of. The pool is beautiful, the staff are lovely, and the food is good though.

We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms and got what we paid for I guess. Old, worn down, and smelled musty/damp. Rooms were clean and room service was good. Location was right on the beach and in the middle of downtown so convenient. Pool was good and the main reason we stayed here.

The resort is beautiful and and on the beach. Services and breakfast were great, but the rooms were small and shabby. The mattress could feel the coils and uncomfortable.

So so hotel in a good location
Best location but the rooms need somw work and renovation. Not quiet at night. Good place to party I guess. The rooms look old and worn. Some updates are necessary.

The hotel is very clean and comfy. However, if you want to use the chairs in front of the beach, they will charged an additional fee. There was no elevator on the second floor where we stayed in. Other than that the we staying was fun! Also you can take late walks on the beach is super safe!

I reserved the cheapest room i think,i didn't care that it didn't have no amenities or view to the sea or nothing bt i do care about the cleanest.and my room was super dirty. Shower curtains need to be changed. Also most of chairs except 3 around pool are vip and you need to spend 5000.00 their money in the bar. Even beach chairs cost you money.

Bedbugs, had to switch rooms twice and guess what the last one had them two, got bitten. This is due to lack of hygiene on the hotels part, they should change mattresses at this point, the whole hotel is infested. They should call pest control. Attached is a photo of one of them, I got rid of about 4 of them

The room was a bit disappointing. The bathroom was extremely old and rusty. It was a mess and uncomfortable to use it. However, the location of the resort was perfect. So was the pool, it was great.
