"It was a disaster. I booked my stay and paid in full through site but when we arrived there the lady told us that she had no room for us, all rooms fully booked. I showed the receipt and started laughing that there was a mistake. This seems to be happening frequently because while we were figuring out were to stay, 3 teenage girls came to stay in the same bungalow with the same problem as ours. "Arrived to a lovely warm welcome from Kevin, the duty manager, who took me to my room straight away even though I was checking in early. The room was great for the price paid, large and clean. Safe, robe, slippers, pool towels and toiletries included. The pool area was beautiful, I spent far more time at the property than I usually would just taking in that view and enjoying the ambiance at the pool bar.
