"We attempted to do an early check in. Checked in but our room wasn’t going to be ready until 4 pm. We were able to use the facilities though. But it had to call front desk because no one contacted me to advise me that my room was ready, as they said they would. Then I get to my room and all four rooms f my keys did not work. "It’s a beautiful property in Ko’Olina with a relaxing vibe all throughout. Well kept resort and very cozy. The only complaint I would have is that the late check out offer is not as flexible. "
