"This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night. "

"Ray and her team couldn't have been more helpful for our stay. She was attentive to our every need and went above and beyond for our sons birthday she decorated outside and brought him a cake! The villa itself was perfect a great size and in the best spot on the beach, it was low season hut still had plenty of food options within walking distance. 7eleven and lotus are also only a 25min walk or you can get a scooter for a great price. "Myself and 2 friends recently stayed here for 10 nights and found it to be an excellent apartment just a short walk down a hill to the main road and beach. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk and the Beach Side Restaurant on the main road was particularly good with great staff and superb food."

"Overall a great stay. The place was updated and well kept. The staff are friendly and very helpful and respond to any issues immediately. We had an issue with the air conditioner and shower and they fixed the issues right away and were very apologetic. "A perfect stay during our honeymoon! We had a sea view villa for the first 3 nights and then extended our stay in the garden loft. The villa was absolutely perfect, complimentary soft drinks and snacks and right next to the beach with lots of loungers. Breakfast plentiful and cocktails good from Lym’s Bar (have a look at the happy hour menu, not advertised great but you’ll find it on the bar). Restaurants nearby and a 7/11 10 minute walk away. The perfect way to end our trip to Thailand. We didn’t want to leave! "

"This its beautiful resort that has gorgeous grounds providing natural beauty. The cottage we had was modern, clean, with plenty of space. It was not lavish but in good taste. The staff and service throughout the resort are among the best of any place I have stayed. The only caveat - is that a good number of rooms are built on steep hillside. The hotel will provide shuttles to and from these rooms, but you should check if you have any problem with steep streets and hills (albeit well maintained.) The prices for food are a bit high. But you can walk to the nearby village for excellent local food that isn't costly. The food at the resort, however, was excellent. Tip is to eat at the pool bar for dinner to have a great view, and have pretty much the same food as in the restaurant."

"This resort was a dream! The staff were so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beach and pool were beautiful and great for swimming. The food in the restaurant was very good. This place was a relaxing escape from the touristy areas of Thailand. We did not have a vehicle but the hotel sent a car to pick us up and help set up a ride to the airport. If you were going to stay for more than 2-3 days, you may need to get a vehicle or scooter. We did not have kids with us but the resort appeared very kid friendly with a playground and kid friendly menus at the restaurant. We got amazing massages as well. I would totally stay here again, a nice relaxing part of our trip!"
