"We asked for coffee 4 times and We were told we would get it but then we did ot. The last time the counter person told us unless we opt in for a room cleaning we will not get more coffee. We were trying to save them from having to clean our room each day but that was the only we apparently we can get coffee."

"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Beautiful hotel, we upgraded to the supercar theme 2 bed suite for our vehicle mad children - the attention to detail with the theming is fantastic - even the ceiling fan had finish flag print all over. 5 & 8yos enjoyed some time in kids club, especially the rock climbing & cookie making - Otto and his team are so lovely with the kids. "Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have 3 kids and there were so many activities for them to do. The pool is amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartments are very well stocked and it gelt like a home away from home. Nice and quiet location but still lots to do"
