Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa Songkhla is aging badly as it was poorly built, with uneven surfaces that might cause you trip and suites that have limited access to natural light.
The staff is uneven - mostly great but when it's not (particularly on the front desk), its terrible,
The only mean we have eaten at the property is breakfast, and its disappointing.
