There was mold everywhere in our bathroom.
Cobwebs and spiders. I have picture. We only stayed one night versus the 4-5 we signed up for. We asked the owner/manager to give us another room. He said “sorry you booked through Expedia my hands are tied”. I explained we were checking out after only one night, he again repeated we should have booked through his Hotel and not Expedia. I asked if he had the number for Expedia and he said no he didn’t. I tried calling Expedia, and the only person I could reach kept trying to sell me something. This is our first and last experience with this horrible hotel and Expedia. I have instructed American Express to dispute this charge and will be sending Amex photos of this horrible Hotel! I don’t know what type of Vetting you all perform, however I will tell you in my 40 years of travel this was one if not the worst place we have ever stayed. Based upon the phone assistance I was given the day after check out I truly don’t expect to hear from anyone at Expedia!
