The employees were very welcoming.the room itself was adequately clean. The property itself needs renovation, new mattresses, and exterminating desperately. I hope the owner takes the time to consider renovations to this property. The mattress was comparable to sleeping on a box spring. I seen 1 roach hence my suggestion to exterminate on a regular basis. With a few little tweaks I’m sure your business would preform even better.

When u have more than one story in a hotel...have an elevator!! We had to bring everything put a flight of stair. U did not tell online u dont have an elevator. What happens if someone is disabled? I am... but able to climb stairs.

The room was not clean. There was a space between the room door and the door frame, anyone could access the room by sliding a credit card or key card between the door and frame to open the door. There was a barking dog in one of the rooms. Desk clerk was good, we showed him how anyone could open the door and he gave us a different room. We had originally booked for 2 nights but it was so bad that we checked out after the first night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

La atencion fue buena, el precio tambien, las habitaciones limpias y buena ubicación... la razon de las 4 estrellas es porque los colchones de las 4 habitaciones que reservé no se sentian en buenas condiciónes ... estaban limpios y todo pero ... edtaban limpios y todo pero se sentia como que necesitan ser reemplazados
