"Hotel was in a good location. Not down in the middle of the city, so quieter, but a short (10ish minute) walk to anything you would need. The front desk guy ok. Not super helpful, but got us checked in. The smell in the lobby is strong and doesnt smell good. But the smell was confined to the lobby. ..."

When I was delayed, I called to let them know and the person I spoke to was very nice, but said it didn't matter because their reception desk was manned 24/7. It made me wonder why they needed ..."
