"Overall, an “ok” stay- Our hotel room had carpeted floors, which felt unclean and there were wrappers under the bed that hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom was clean and the room service was good. We traveled with a small child in a travel crib and both mornings upon wakening we noticed she had been bit overnight on her arms and face- even when we slept with the windows closed! "It was amazing with amazing views! Great breakfast. The only downside was the internet outage (not their fault--it was due to external source). They had multiple routers which made for very strong internet coverage but was hampered by the ISP outage."

The hotel is new, which means it’s fresh, modern, and very clean. The staff was wonderful at every step—from check-in, to the restaurant, to check-out. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and welcoming.
Parking is available for a fee, but it’s super convenient. Moreover, there are great dining options and shopping just a short 3–5 minute walk away.
I’m not sure if I’ll ever have the chance to return to the Salzburg area, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t recommend this fantastic hotel to fellow travelers. Highly recommended!"
