"The hotel is wonderful! Looks so much better in person, the pictures online don’t do justice to it! The area is very beautiful, the view from our room was spectacular, the hotel is very modern yet traditional and cozy, the service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very nice. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking for a stay on the Alps. We will definitely go back and are looking forward to our next vacation there!"

"We booked this hotel without doing much research and we were completely taken back on how great this hotel is! The location is top! The room was very clean and comfortable, with amazing pillows, blankets and a mattress that is very conforming. The check-in was quick and the staff very friendly. Parking was available so we could unload our items and then go to the room. After a great day of skiing we were able to ski down the hill on run 1 that ended up only 40m way from their ski-room. "I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. "We had a wonderful stay at the Arlen Lodge! My husband and I stayed in the Arlen Suite which was very roomy with a nice living room area. We loved the breakfast, steam/sauna, and afternoon tea. Annalisa the owner was also incredibly helpful and such a sweetheart. Can’t wait to go back! "

"It is a really good hotel for people wanting to go skiing. Very good location, close to rental houses and just a around 5 minutes away walking from the main street. Also, it has really good breakfast and a nice little bar with drinks. The host was really good and make sure we were always comfortable. "
