"The hotel is perfectly located, we had lovely afternoon walking in the Old part of Meisses. The bed is comfortable. The only detail that can be easyly improve is to give a complimentary bottle of water in the room. There is nor coffee machine or kettle so at least a bottle of water would be welcome. There is a small city car parking near hotel."

"The apartment location is a 15-20 min walk to the center of town. The apartment is comfortable. The value was great as we needed to park and didn't want to spend much on our stay but be close to the center. We didn’t try the breakfast but they have a nice outside patio to eat."

"We pre-booked three rooms at this hotel, which had a rating of 9.2, so we expected a good experience. However, when we arrived around 9 p.m. on September 21, 2024, we were shocked to find the hotel completely dark, with no lights on anywhere. "We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this hotel was. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in during this trip! The hotel staff were friendly and although we did not speak German and they did not speak English, we managed to communicate. There was a locked bike cage in the garage which we appreciated. By bike it was a quick cycle into the centre of town where we found a bakery, grocery store and a lovely park. "

"The staff was very friendly, the breakfast excellent! We were in the hayloft and knew the beds were made of hay. We brought our own sleeping bags and pillows as is requested, blankets were provided so the sleeping bags were not directly on the hay. This room sleeps at least 6 persons, has 2 separate toilets and a separate shower room. Plenty of towels are provided. We loved the experience and would repeat our adventure anytime!"

Little gem right in the centre

"A great find just metres from the Frauenkirche. From start to finish, all went well. The ‘Junior’ room (509) I booked was spacious with a great bathroom including tub and separate shower cubicle. All mod cons were catered for and the breakfast was 1st class. The main selling point is however the location. About 20 minutes walk from the main station and right at the ‘Neumarkt’. Bed was comfortable although the church bells were a distraction until I closed the windows. Not a fan of hanging clothes in the washing area if I’m honest but was Ok for my 2 nights. 2 things stopped this from being a perfect stay. The internet was OK but not great and I experienced a number of ‘drop outs’. Speed was also average (10-20 Mbps is not really good enough for a hotel of this class). My other beef was the availability of electrical points. Whilst there, they were not in convenient positions and I had to hunt them down. Other than that, a really nice stay in the centre of Dresden. "
