"This was a very unique holiday break for 2 days. The service and facilities was excellent and all of the staff were wonderful. Our game reserve guide Jaylee Pietersen, who was very knowledgeable and courteous. It made our wedding anniversary a very memorable experience. "Things have changed since I was last here , rooms are still good, they have upgraded their breakfast and the amount of choice is excellent,quality is good ,the grounds have been meticulously kept neat and tidy ,it’s a perfect place if you have kids to be free and play , such a treat to see the animals and wild animals that are close by,we really enjoyed our stay ,we were not affected by loadshedding-generator onsite "

"Absolutely fantastic stay with our 1 year old. The location is excellent, nice and secluded surrounded by breathtaking scenery and extensive lawns. Short drive to the local attractions. The food was excellent and the staff could not have been more welcoming providing flawless service. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite which is perfect for families for a separate bedroom for children. "

"This is a great property as it has a range of stay options plus a separate place for day visitors who want to do a game drive. The 'tent' was quite luxurious and game drives informative and exciting. i liked the option to pay what you use and not just an 'all inclusive' which is better value for people who don't eat and drink huge amounts. Fully recommend. "

"Eine Unterkunft im Nirgendwo. Der Eigentümer gibt sich viel Mühe dem Gast einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Essen war gut zubereitet, die Tischdeko mit viel Liebe jeden Tag anders gestaltet. Wir kommen wieder"

"The honeymoon room was good. Great views across the golf course. Breakfast was poor in comparison with all the others in South Africa. If the price is good then try to stay at Simola Hotel and golf course. Simola Hotel often reduce their prices right down in last few days, worth waiting."

"We had a lovely stay at Nyaru. The staff were really attentive and friendly and even though we were the only guests on the first night, we didn't feel isolated. The game drive was excellent and the kids loved getting so close to the animals. A lovely place to explore. "

"Beautiful property. We went on an afternoon game drive and a morning horse ride. The horse I rode was a well trained thoroughbred with spirit but restrain. I rode up to zebra, impala and wildebeest. One of the most enjoyable rides I’ve ever been on. There is a wide variety of game on the reserve and we were given an excellent tour by a very knowledgeable guide. I would love to come back or go on another safari with this group. You come for the animals and this places does not disappoint. It does have delicious food and a lovely camp. Thank you for a lovely stay. Caution using the nearby gas station. Our cc was hacked. "

Amazing hidden gem in the klein karoo

"Such a lovely stay that exceeded our expectations. Comfiest bed of our holiday so far too! Highly recommend the sundowner game drive and dinner, Elton is so knowledgeable abour everything! and he is a natural storyteller. The ostrich tour was fantastic too, Zenith was friendly and informative and you could tell loved the ostriches. Overall just a brilliant stay and all staff we met were helpful and friendly. Amazing views from the property too. Highly recommend staying here. "
