Hotel Max was in a great location! We had many dining options to choose from, in a short walk from the property. We ate at several different restaurants, all walkable. In addition, the Space Needle and Chihauly Glass Museum and gardens was also withing walking distance. Although we didn't have time, the Pikes Place Market was also just a stroll down Stewart St. The walkable choices of dining and activities was one of the reasons we chose the Hotel.However, after staying, I would choose it again for the unique ambience, amazing cozy lounge and friendly staff.

The staff were incredibly. However the property was under construction. We were not notified by Expedia even though we were relocated last minute bc our hotel was overbooked. After many years booking through Expedia considering using another platform.

This property is in a good location. Th amenities were wonderful. I gave three stars because the dishwasher was not bolted down, so when I opened the dishwasher to load it upon leaving, it fell forward. The bathroom was nice however, the corners of the shower were not cleaned and had a little mold/mildew, and there were a few crumbs left in the freezer from whoever was there previously. I would expect these issues to not arise when paying for rooms ant this rate as this is a luxury hotel. Again, the amenities were great, for the most part, were very customer service oriented. I would still recommend this hotel. It would be great if there was onsite dining for when restaurants in the vicinity are closed.

Staff was excellent, very helpful and clean room. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
