"What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room...

"Jennifer (?) the front desk clerk was exceptionally kind and patient with the couple in front of us checking in. (Older couple. She has dementia. He's the only caregiver. They were a bit frazzled.) Your clerk was exemplary in her manner with them. She apologized a few times for the wait. She was very speedy with us and cheerful. An employee, who can switch their manner instantaneously to fit the customer, is pure gold. Congratulations. I sincerely hope you take good care of her. She's worth it!"
