"I stayed at the property for one week. The rooms were spacious but dated. Some fixtures need to be replaced (stained carpets, mosquito netting, shower curtains). Appeared to be mold on bathroom ceiling, and dead insect in bathroom on check-in. However, staff extremely friendly and restaurant was very good, although expensive by local standards. "The property was very convenient to where we needed to be. We have stayed at this property in the past and so in comparison, it seems the maintenance and service has deteriorated. The reservation was specific as to how many people would be in the room and yet this was not paid attention to. One towel, one bottle of water and a room that looked made up in a hurry. Front Desk agents did not seem to know where how or who and at check out held us back while they tried to figure out whether or not the room was prepaid or not."
