"Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "

"We had a great stay here, lovely quiet area, we found on a last minute stay and itโs a little gem, itโs a short drive to Skegness as that was our intention for the stay however we didnโt mind that, itโs nice that they accommodated for more than 2 children in the room share as we have 3, the owners are lovely and made us feel comfortable from the get go, the only issue we had was the shower, we found the water was far to hot to shower the kids even on the lowest setting which would have been difficult if we had decided to stay longer than a night, breakfast was nice and was asked what time we preferred to have it which with 3 children itโs chaotic in the morning so it made it easier not to have to rush down "
