"I think the top door hinge was broken because it wasn't safe to open the left door and I felt a gap compared to the bottom of the door where you could stick your little finger in.. I think that's why a cold wind blew and a pretty noisy heater was turned off/on very often, which often woke us up. I explained all this to the front desk and they moved us to another room, for which I thank them. Otherwise, I'm happy with everything. Thx."
