"Would not recommend to anyone who is going on holiday to relax or rest. If you want to sleep on springs coming out of the bed then this place is for you. Each night I used to hate coming back to demak as I knew I had to sleep on springs. There’s no smoke alarms in the rooms. Very dirty place. Mouldy bathrooms. Rusty taps. Hairy bedsheets. "This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement."
