"My wife and I stayed at the Elms for a one night stay as a birthday treat. The hotel is a beautiful building set in pretty park grounds. There was ample parking. Check-in staff were brilliant! Very friendly and professional. The gentleman helped us carry our luggage to the top floor which could be a bit of a hike for less mobile people or someone who struggles with stairs. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, having everything we needed for our stay, including a comfortable bed. Our evening meal was excellent, with a varied menu to choose from.
