"We absolutely loved our time at the Anumana Ubud...only steps away from the cheeky Monkeys! Such a well kept and beautifully styled hotel. Stayed in a room with plunge pool which added a touch of luxe. The bathtub in the room would fit 4 easily! Just huge!! The Main pool was well kept and restaurant served amazing meals. The breakfast was really good also with a decent a-la-carte variety to choose from. The monkeys climbing about doing their thing around the front of property is a bonus. Would I stay at Anumana again when in Ubud... ABSOLUTELY!! Thank you to the wonderful staff that made every moment of our stay comfortable and welcoming."

"It was in the mountains and perfect for an in resort stay. Not much in the area to do but there was a lot to do in the resort. Perfect for couples looking for alone time. Also for families needing activities for toddlers and preteens."

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. They offer a free shuttle to/from Ubud Centre which we unfortunately were not able to participate in just with other activities that we had on the go, but it is awesome that they offer that since the location is quite far away from the main area. The pool area was clean and well maintained, the spa was luxurious and clean, they really made us feel like we were at home. Free bottles of water and a basket of fruit daily, excellent shower pressure and access to streaming services (with your own login). My only cons to the property was the distance to the town centre and the restaurants (overpriced for the small portions that were given). "

"Our stay far exceeded expectations wrt service (butlers, restaurant and spa staff), food quality, restaurant and overall ambiance. We loved our 5 night stay in a Butler Valley Pool Villa, which was very relaxing. The afternoon rain storms were fantastic! We had several treatments at the spa and three private yoga classes, which were all excellent. The spa location and setting are sublime and fantastic! Raditya “Mr Sun” gave excellent private yoga classes down by the river. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the therapists’ names but they were great too. While we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return, this property (or parts of it) isn’t for everyone. It’s located on a steep hillside in a jungle, which is great for ambiance and views, but it might not be the place for anyone that isn’t comfortable with steep slopes and narrow, steep uneven stairs. There are golf carts for access to the upper levels of the resort only. The spa and lower area is currently only available by steps, but a new funicular/elevator is expected to be operational soon.) It may not be suitable for people with limited mobility or small children. Butler suites are worth the splurge. The butler team uses WhatsApp messenger to keep track of guest requests across shifts. Very organized. They’ll arrange room service and anything that you may need. We were in excellent hands with Yupik, Angga, Wawan, Jaka and Dedy covering the shifts. The restaurant and housekeeping teams were all also very attentive. Thx"
