The property is a gated community and you feel like it. Check in can take time as you have to wait for someone to drive from who knows where to check you in and give you keys. We rented 4 units and we alerted the representative day 1 that we had no hot water in one of the units and we stayed 5 days. We were told it would be handled and it never was. Imagine being on vacation taking ice cold showers every single day. We asked at check out if they would do something for us since we had to take ice cold showers everyday and she said no. It's also out of town aways, so unless you rent a vehicle it is not easy to get around. Also instant coffee is your only option and the water is heavily bleached so bring bottled water.

Nothing wrong with the property. Decent place, good staff and above average experience but I would not have bothered and opted for a hotel if I knew it was a full villa. All I really wanted was a room for the night. I guess I did not see the "villa" in the name.

Did not get in a round but we maid to the course for lunch which was pretty good. The villa was very clean and the owners polite and helpful. I would recommend staying here to any visitor.

I stayed at the ocho rios location. Mrs jackie who handled check in was very nice and welcoming. The house was very clean and pretty, it sat in a gated community that was peaceful. I would definitely return.

This property is amazing! I recently stayed here with some friends and just loved everything about it! First, It is located in a quiet and private gated neighborhood. It is a safe and beautiful atmosphere! Also it’s just a 3 min walk to the pool and courtyard area. Second, the staff are so kind and are just so helpful! I forgot something on my trip and my staff went to pick it up for me at the store! The house is very clean and has all the amenities to make Sunday dinner! Also the rooms have AC and it works great! Great spot for a much needed break!
