I had not seen that there was no lift and I was in Birmingham for pain treatment for joints. All flats are accessed by stairs only. You also need photo id and bring your own bin bags. Very clise to city centre and good range of shops literally on doorstop."

"The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Absolutely gorgeous property. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had forgotten to print something off at home and the lovely girl on reception told me she would print it for me if i emailed it over. Saved my bacon. Would definitely stay again "
