"Is not an ideal place for a business trip since it is an apartment with no restaurants at walking distance. Be prepare for an additional charge of US$110 cash for cleaning and management charge. You need to call to arrange someone to meet you at the place as you arrive and as you leave (is not a hotel). The place is nice but is not a hotel."

"This hotel was very nice and clean, excellent staff. The only part I did not like was that it does not come with breakfast. You must pay $18 per person every day for breakfast which I have never heard of before. It got quite expensive but there aren't a ton of other options unless you want Juici Patti for breakfast and don't mind walking a few blocks to get to it.
