We called the day before booking and asked about the pool - we were told they have a year round heated pool and then were advised to book in line cause the girl didn’t no how to use the buttons - we did book on line and when I arrived - with my grandkids - ready to go into the pool we were told the pool was closed for cleaning - I took my grandkids home and came back and asked to speak to a manager - the girl said she was the manager and then informed me that the state closed the pool - I went to my room and noticed one of the elevators was not working - I then went back downstairs to ask if I should be aware of any other issues - she said none that she was aware of but she is only f The front desk girl and I was welcome to go somewhere else - but my room is now no. Refundable therefore I have no choice and then I asked her why she told me she was the manager and she claimed she didn’t tell me that and refused to give me her name - I’m not happy here and I Stuck

This is a brand new hotel. The entry is beautiful. The staff is great. The new beds and pillows are comfortable and luxurious. The shower is nice. The room was spacious and had all necessary conveniences. I highly recommend this property.

Only issue we had was when the Jacuzzi broke. That was a key point in us booking here. No explanation, apology, or attempt to reconcile was offered by the hotel when I approached them about the situation. Other than that, this is a great place to stay. The staff is othereuse very professional and friendly.

Room carpet seemed less clean than everything else. Bathroom was grade A. Also seemed like room may have had an animal, cat or dog, in it previously because we are allergic to both and we were sneezing quite a bit when we first got into the room. Breakfast was good and the rest of the facilities are very nicely kept and clean.

It was a very nice new hotel with easy parking. We got the wrong room as I asked for a studio with two queen beds and we ended up getting one king bed. But as we stayed only one night I let it be. Should we stay longer I would ask them to change our room to the requested one.

Very nice brand new property, with some small kinks to work out. Very quiet even though close to the freeway. Would have liked to have been able to use the pool but it was unheated, but hot tub was great. Beds are pretty high and need sheets that fit them better. We will be back!

The hotel is right next to the noisy freeway. We had problems from the start. There was no fridge in the room to start with when their website says the rooms have a fridge. Then the water was barely warm so you're shivering trying to take a shower. We couldn't use the pool or Jacuzzi because the staff said their system was down and they put chemicals in them so basically we paid $240 for 2 nights and couldn't use the amenities. This would be a nice hotel if they would fix the problems. You would think they would offer some kind of discount after all of this but instead they tell you to call Wyndham and they tell you to call Expedia so all you get is the run around. Then they charge me more for my 4 pound Chihuahua to be there. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! The rooms are big and nice but too expensive if you can't use anything while you're there.
