"We love this motel the best compare to other 4 hotels in Taipei. Great free breakfast with Steak and Grilled fish and many variety and yummy food. Spacious with 3 beds, with windows and a garage. "I had a 10 hour layover when I arrived at Tag Inn No one at the counter. I picked this place because it said someone 24/7 at counter service. I inputted my name and it said I did not have a reservation ?? Had to drive around find another hotel. Expensive night - I would like a full refund"

"The doors at the center of the main entrance were designed to pull-to-open. It was hard for me to open & hold the door with one hand, and push in my two luggage with the other hand. I was disappointed to see two staff sitting at the counter near the doors who just watched during my entire struggle.
