"I booked in for 3 nights and arrived very late on 1st night. Room was clean and warm. My requests were dealt with swiftly. Staff were very attentive to myself and other guests. Room was a bit dated but i didnt mind as it added to the character of my stay. Will be back again "

"The bedroom was well set out, comfortable and clean with nice decor. The inclusion of a fridge and microwave is great - perhaps a cloth and washingup liquid to clean the mugs may be an idea if they are not replaced each day? The ensuite was clean but the Shower unit is in need of some cosmetic tlc - the sealant is discoloured which spoils the overall view. "

"Decor, facilities and the check in process was excellent. Bathroom was too small for my liking. Can’t give an assessment on the staff as I never met them. Calls into question the focus of some aspects of the questionnaire if the only contact was a remote online process. "

"Everything was clean, staff had already gone home but check in was easy. Very quiet and cozy. It was a bit inconvenient to have to turn switch on for the ice maker but figured it out and made ice for a cocktail."

"The bedroom appeared to be clean but when I moved one of the beds and a bedside cabinet there was rubbish behind and under the furniture. I had to move the bed to gain access to the wardrobe. The bathroom, however, was not clean at all. There was rubbish on the floor and it was filthy. The shower door didn’t open fully because the sink was in the way. The room was so small it was awful. The shower door did not close properly as it was warped at the bottom. We didn’t use it whilst we were there...
