They are just about finished upgrading the property. The things I saw that I would like that is not in place is cell phone hookups. You need a plug with a cell phone plug to plug in your phone. Also, more ice machines, Right now there is only one on the main floor.

First off their key card machine didn’t work so I always had to be escorted to my room. Second, they didn’t offer free breakfast due to the merge but not sure what that had to do with it. Lastly, they didn’t have do not disturb cards so house keeping always came in.

Didn’t know the property was under construction. The whole lobby was tore apart and there was boxes and tools everywhere. There was not a breakfast area either. The staff was friendly but you had to wait at the desk for a long time until someone would come out from the back and help you. The rooms were nice and beds were comfy. There was a smart tv so you can connect to Netflix and it logs you out whenever you shut off the tv which is nice incase you forget. It

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. They were doing some renovations. I do like the front desk manager who did her best to accommodate my needs and went above and beyond to help me. This is one of Hilton owned businesses so I wasn't surprised with nice service or clean everything.

They advertised breakfast but took it away because they were switching to a Hilton and remodeling. They had some coffee which was nice and hot cocoa but no hot water. Some of the front staff were not helpful Last, I had to have my room cards reprogrammed twice, the second time after 9pm.

Room was clean. Property seems like it’s under construction so the main lobby was not organized which is fine. My issue was with the checkout. There was a sign that checkout was at 12. I had 4 different people knock at my door at 10:30,11:00, 11:15 and lastly at 11:35. It felt like I was getting kicked out. I was out of the room by 11:45. I understand housekeeping is trying to do their job but if the checkout is at noon I don’t think it’s necessary to be knocking at the door so many times.

Unadvertised construction.
The hotel was in the middle of major construction. The lobby was filthy the breakfast buffet advertised as a highlight consisted of 3 types of prepackaged bars along with coffee and hot water dispensers. Free WiFi was not available throughout our stay until we complained for about the 6th time on our last night, then we were provided with an access code. The exercise room was also unavailable. The hotel has possibilities but current conditions and customer service are unacceptable.

Hotel was clean and nice. They don’t really provide breakfast, just coffee. That was a little take away, we came into town not expecting to worry about breakfast but that turned out to not be the case. For the price and quality they should include breakfast.
