"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the bathroom was large, we had a balcony with a table, and the living area was spacious. We also liked the kitchenette because we could save money by buying food at the grocery store and preparing it in the room. However, we did not like the lack of communication with the staff. "The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The room was a small studio and there is some large furniture which made it a bit cramped for two people. "The apartment was very modern and clean but it was up four flights of stairs. Also no AC so it got very warm the two days I was there when Zurich was in the high 80'sF. Had a coffee maker but no coffee. Would have been nice if they kept some instant coffee in the cupboard."
