"My only problem was being charged for valet parking after I checked out and returned home. I was fully refunded but it shouldn’t have happened. I had a rental car and parked it myself. I don’t know why anyone would be charging for service not rendered especially after I had already checked out. I was told it was glitch and perhaps it was but it needs to be fixed. Otherwise I truly enjoyed my stay! Beds are extremely comfortable. "
