"The location was great, the windows of the room was not adequate. Only one of 3 windows could be open and when you open thw window /thwre was no acxess to walk from the bed. The AC was none existance and on 49F temp evening the room was 73F inside! They switch us to another room at 11pm, but temp was probably 70f blowing hot air . Their Wify was Very Slow!"

"Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment-Hotel gewesen, weil es uns bereits beim ersten Mal ausgesprochen gut dort gefallen hat. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Rheinfelden, es fährt aber stündlich ein Bus direkt vor der Tür ab (außer am Wochenende, da fährt er nur 3x am Tag, aber Taxis sind erschwinglich). Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, hat hochmoderne Küchengeräte, und ist auch sonst sehr gemütlich. Gute Betten! Der einzige kleine...

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. But it invited some bugs too.. and noise of trams& cars passing by. Extra towels would have been helpful, we had to wash...

"A great option for a family stay in Basel. We were travelling from the UK. Could sleep up to 6 comfortably but only one bedroom - with two double beds. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. Helpful touches were the two Swiss electrical adapters for the Swiss sunken style power outlets (normal round European adapters don’t fit!) as well as a kettle and toaster. "Quiet, comfortable apartment conveniently located. Access to all the sites in Basel are easily accessable, either on foot or using the trams stops just steps away. The apartment was spacious and included all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the in-suite laundry after being on the road for some time. Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. As eating out in Basel can quickly add up in cost, the kitchen and nearby grocery store were convenient....

"The hotel is in an excellent location for travel in and out of Basel Bahnhof, and walking around central Basel. Service and the buffet breakfast are both very good. I had a cosy single room with thick window glazing to block most noise from the street below. I did not experience internal noise from other guests and slept well. The choice of eating options at the hotel and in it’s immediate vicinity is limited but there are great cafes and restaurants a short tram ride or a 10 minute away."

"The hotel staff, especially Elmira, was very helpful, professional and friendly. Her reception made me feel very welcomed. The stay was very pleasant and the hotel itself very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to any frequent travellers and would definitely stay again if visiting Basel."

"Beautiful hotel! Literally across from the train station, so convenient for people traveling by train. The area around the hotel isn’t the most beautiful, but it felt safe, and overall much nicer than train stations in many other large cities. Would definitely stay here again!"
