"Value for money simple hotel. Only drawback is limited parking spaces should you return late at night. But the security guard is extremely helpful with assisting a space for the vehicle. Reception staff has always been helpful. BONUS: 2 cute resident cats at the hotel lobby :)"

"One of the best hotel’s I have stayed in. The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes. "

"This place is mainly targeted at Japanese expats. They have Japanese Onsen-style spa and Japanese dishes are available by room service. The room was spacious and fully equipped with necessary appliances including microwave and kitchen sink. The building was old and weary but O.K. as it is partially renovated or at least maintained well. Staff looked ready to help. Great cost performance!"

"Very good for family. But not so much the place for visit. Full equipment for kitchen and accessory. Small pool but enough for kids."

"Great stay with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning had a slight musty smell, but the staff were kind and attentive, especially to kids. Breakfast offered good variety for all ages, and the play area was fun for both kids and adults. Loved the lychee slushie! Would happily stay here again."

"Although this hotel is 1.5 hours from BKK airport. The property is very nice and the you’ll meet the most friendly staff there!! I recommend booking with breakfast, as they have delicious breakfast varieties!! We’d definitely come back here :) "

"Friendly staffs and clean rooms. The aircon blower in the room was making quite a bit of noise, and the staffs very quickly addressed the issue after giving the feedback. Plenty of food options within walking distance. A great place to stay!"

"This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. I went in May 2023, December 2023, and recently in this month: November 2024. There’s a reason why I continue to come back here. I absolutely love this hotel and every amenity it has. It’s great for families and for solo travelers. The rooms are the most spacious and you honestly have enough activities at the hotel where you can stay there all day. They have the best service ever. Any and every need will be met for all guests. Everytime I come to this hotel, my favorite server is Mod. She makes the best drinks at the pool bar. every drink is crafted with great skill and tastes amazing. She provides impeccable service and I hope she gets a pay raise or a great promotion for how well her service is !!!!! Servers like her are RARE !!!! Everyday I look forward to her drinks at the pool bar when I am staying there. So if you want some great drinks, ask for Mod. I will continue to come back to this hotel everytime I visit Pattaya.!!! Best hotel in Thailand. ขอบคุณ "

A little disappointing

"This was a great experience i was upgraded to the club grand room after i complained about the club room, housekerping was slow in the mornings and the lounge dusaspointed me with the lsck.of variety and short time serving food....the fridge that had dtinks was locked most of the time....i was told off for taki g a can of coke to my room.....which is why i paid top money to have the club lounge.....need to have staff that can communicate in english better...."
