Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
What we liked about this property the most was the staff. Since the moment we walked in, each staff member had been kind and courteous. They chatted with us about the local area and gave us pointers on how to enjoy our time to the maximum in South Dakota. However this does not excuse that this building is NOT disability friendly. Wheelchairs cannot fit safely through the front door, the ADA hotel rooms have slamming doors with the bathroom and front door, the shower was very small, and the beds were far too high for us to comfortably get in. The area around the hotel isn't their fault, but the parking lot needs to be fixed up as there are a ton of pot holes, it needs repainted as well. The sight around the hotel is beautiful in the front, but the back of the hotel is trees and another hill - not a problem if you don't count the dirty patio furniture, random pipes, and a very big pallet of fertilizer as your view.
