Great property. You have access to a beach and kayaks but it's not directly on the beach that you can spend a day lounging at the beach. The rooms also doesn't have water views...the view from the picture is only from one part of the hotel that I don't think is accessible to guests....once you get over that, it's a nice property and close to many amenities in the area.

The location is excellent as there are many things to do or if you just want to relax by the pier. And you will want to be outdoors because the rooms are terrible. There was sand everywhere even on the bed when we arrived. When they finally "cleaned" the room nothing improved. Sand was still everywhere including the bed. You can tell they just pulled the sheets over. They say you pay for what you get but at $400 per night I expected more. The toilet kept running over and when I called the front desk the guy gave me a plunger and said to return it when I was done. I am giving this a 3 star because of the location.
